The target of the procurement is the street lighting renovation service of the municipality of Sauvo. The service is implemented using a rental model in which the Contracting Entity rents remotely controlled LED luminaires and remote management services from the service provider for the use of the municipality of Sauvo. With the help of the remote management service, it is possible to adjust and optimize the lighting. The service also includes the installation of the aforementioned luminaires and devices.

In addition, the procurement includes, as an additional purchase opportunity, other contracts (e.g. replacement of lighting poles) and maintenance work (e.g. out-of-warranty work) than those mentioned in the description of the object of procurement (Appendix 3) for the installation of the equipment to be procured, and work directly related to warranty liabilities, as well as responsibilities related to maintenance services and technical support.

Procurement does not constitute an exclusive right of the service provider to provide services to the Contracting Entity. The contracting entity does not commit to the quantities to be procured, but the service to the procurement as needed.
