The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide, deploy and manage a solution for the management of appointments and physical reception flows in SaaS mode. The services include, in particular: - Access in SaaS mode to an IT solution for the management of appointments, reception flows and digital signage in Caf, which can be managed and configured for the most part by the Family branch, - the associated services and services for the implementation and initial configuration, including the realization of specific developments if necessary, administration, operation and support,- maintenance of the service (corrective and adaptive) including changes made by the publisher and made available to all its customers during the duration of the contract,- carrying out specific developments that may be necessary to meet certain functional requirements requested by the CNAF,- Integration of the proposed solution into the environment of the Family branch and in particular with the business tools used by the CAFs,- Support for the CNAF project team during the implementation of the solution (project management, advice, configuration, technical and functional expertise),- Training of the CAFs for skills development. The solution made available by the holder concerns all sites and users as defined in the CCTP. It is used in France Métropolitaine and in the DROM, with identical quality of service commitments
