The object of the procurement is the development of information technology solutions necessary for the operation of the data collection and management service of antibiotics used in animals:
1. The client portal of the Ministry of Rural Affairs (hereinafter referred to as MEM) is necessary to include functionality for submitting data by a veterinarian. The Customer Portal is a single customer gateway and communication channel in the use of the MeM information systems services and the submission of data;
2. A procedural information system to be created, which is the official's working tool for carrying out the desired actions with the procurement. The information system must be set up with account that in the future it can be accessed to the development of functionality from other areas;
3. Providing further developments and maintenance and support services of the procedural information system to be created.
Objectives:
1. create a new procedural information platform;
2. Develop customer portal to provide data functionality;
3. Interface the new procedural information system with the MEM customer portal and the MEM customer register;
4. Interface with the Register of Medicines.
