The purpose of the contract is the provision of services relating to Legal Aid, with special emphasis on the management of the administrative procurement of Barcelona Sagrera Alta Velocitat, S.A. It includes recurring legal advice in respect of all those activities, businesses or acts that, either directly or indirectly, are related to the movement, traffic or corporate purpose of BSAV, as well as the legal direction of the procedures defined by subject matter.

The services to be provided in general are as follows:

• Assistance, consulting, advice and technical-legal collaboration on issues raised by BSAV.

• Comprehensive assistance in the administrative contracting processes of BSAV, from the preparation of reports and specifications, consultations in the tender, drafting of minutes, decisions and contracts, assistance before administrative tribunals of contractual appeals, resolution of incidents in the execution of contracts, modifications to the liquidation.

• Issuance of legal reports that are required by BSAV, writing of written requests (letters, requirements, agreements, agreements, etc.), as well as the legal review of documents.

• Legal aid in the BSAV offices, as defined in this specification.

• Legal advice to BSAV staff attending meetings with members of other bodies, institutions and entities, public or private, representing BSAV, when requested.

• Issuance of reports on new legislation of a state, autonomous or local nature that is being adopted or expected to be adopted, and may have an impact on the normal conduct of BSAV's activities.

• Advice and drafting of collaboration agreements.
