The contracting authority has a need for AV equipment and video conference equipment, and intends to enter into framework agreements with 2 tenderers.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 5 years. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year, totaling a maximum of 7 years.

The contracting authority will distribute the assignments in the following manner:

Mini competitions between 2 equivalent Tenderers.

The contracting authority has a need for AV equipment and video conference equipment, and intends to enter into framework agreements with 2 tenderers.

We want input from the market and therefore do not intend to impose requirements for the equipment that would in turn impede good solutions. The tenderers shall describe the solutions that the believe will solve the need in the best possible manner, then the contracting authority will assess the solutions offered by the market.

A site inspection will be carried out 18.1.2018, see the Tender Regulations, point 4.5.

The tenderer’s will be given the opportunity to hold presentations for the contracting authority 12.2.2018, see the Tender Regulations, point 6.5.
