Contract period: until 31/01/2024 with 2 times 12 months option.

On January 1, 2014, the Lower Saxony Act to Secure Tariff Fidelity and Competition in the Awarding of Public Procurement (Lower Saxony Tariff Loyalty and Procurement Act - ntVergg) came into force. This law is intended to ensure fair competition when awarding public contracts and promote environmental and social procurement by public authorities. NTverGG applies to all public contracts for construction, service and delivery services, including public passenger transport services (public transport) - from an estimated order value of EUR 20,000.00 (net).

The contract is awarded in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the NTVergG in accordance with the provisions of the Lower Threshold Award Ordinance (UVgO) of February 2, 2017. Reference is made to Section 2 of the UVgO (award principles). Furthermore, reference is made to some of the basic regulations of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB), in particular Section 97 (1) to (6) GWB.

The written offer must be submitted in a tightly closed, windowless envelope. This envelope is to be marked visibly from the outside with the offer sticker attached to the tender documents with the inscription -offer documents in the award procedure, Do not open before the submission date!
