The subject of the contract is the organization of trips and meetings for the Educational Research Institute in the following scope:
a) booking, purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party of air tickets for international and domestic air transport;
b) reservation, purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party of railway tickets for international and domestic rail transport;
(c) the purchase of insurance policies to the extent specified in this subject of the contract;
d) reservation and purchase of hotel places in Poland and abroad;
e) booking, purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party of tickets for domestic intercity bus services (PKS, PolskiBus and others);
f) purchase of entry visas,
g) verification of current travel rules - providing detailed information on the conditions and rules of entry to individual countries (the need to perform, test, vaccination, etc.).
