19gpt07 - Mount Faron security works against rockfall risks sectors CT 5, CT 6, CT 7, MT 17 and MT 18 - restart following declaration without further action

The present consultation concerns a market for works to secure Mont Faron against the risk of landslide CT5, CT6, CT7, MT17 and MT18 sectors in the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée and Toulon city control groups. This consultation is a relaunch, following a declaration without continuation of the tender procedure 19gpt05. The geographic perimeter subject to the geological risks of rockfall from Mont Faron and taken into account in the context of these operations, consists of:

- a set of public parcels, under the jurisdiction of the Métropole TPM,

- a set of private plots on which the city of Toulon could intervene under the police powers of the mayor. Open invitation to tender: articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. Sliced market: Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Order Code.
