The municipality, the OCMW and the AGB Brasschaat wish to proceed with the purchase of a wage motor and with the appointment of a social secretariat.

The social secretariat will provide payroll administration services in accordance with Belgian social security law, provide a wage motor with service and maintenance contract and provide legal advice on social law, labor law and tax law.

Knowledge of the legal position regulation of the municipality and OCMW is required, as well as the specific HR legislation for local authorities.

The social secretariat will also be responsible for the implementation of a pay engine that must be able to be linked to a CRM and other modules built up in MS Dynamics.
