Description:
Reception and management of waste from Stary Sącz Municipality, Nawojowa Municipality and Łącko Municipality

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipalities of Stary Sącz, Nawojowa and Łącko.

The order is divided into the following three parts:

PART 1: Reception and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

PART 2: Reception and management of biowaste,

PART 3: Reception and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner.

The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders, i.e. the Contractor may tender for one, two or all parts of the contract indicated in point 2. Further division of the contract is not permissible.

Reception and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01 from the property of inhabited property, real estate on which cottages and other used for recreation- leisure and uninhabited properties indicated in Annex No 3.1 to SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to transfer the waste to the municipal installation.

The Contractor shall, for the duration of implementation of the contract, equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to SWZ with waste collection containers meeting the requirements set out in that Annex. The technical condition of the containers must allow the collection and collection and management of waste in accordance with the Regulations, the contract and the common law in force on the territory of the Ordering Party.

Reception and management of biowaste

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of the collection and development of biowaste covering waste from gardens (code 20 02 01) and other biodegradable waste, including kitchen waste (code 20 01 08) from inhabited property, real estate, which is located cottages and other used for recreational and leisure purposes and PSZOK. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer the waste to the recovery or disposal plant, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste.

The Contractor shall provide 120 litre bags for selective collection of biowaste, made of semi-transparent film, high tear strength, in brown colour with the designation “BIO”. The Contractor shall, for the duration of implementation of the contract, equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to SWZ with waste collection containers meeting the requirements set out in that Annex. The technical condition of the containers must allow the collection and collection and management of waste in accordance with the Regulations, the contract and the common law in force on the territory of the Ordering Party.

Reception and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and development of the following types of waste:

(a) municipal waste collected selectively in containers or bags, including: s evil (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07), paper and paperboard (code 20 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01, 15 01 02), metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40), multi-plant packaging (code 15 01 05),

(b) ashes from individual (domestic) hearth collected selectively in containers or bags (code 20 01 99),

(c) bulky waste (code 20 03 07),

(d) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),

(e) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),

(f) waste from construction and repair works (code: 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 04 07, 1 706 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 03 99),

(g) expired medicines (code 20 01 32),

(h) hazardous waste arising in households including chemicals, used batteries and batteries and others (code: 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*),

(i) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels (code 20 01 99),

(j) clothing and textiles (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11).

Waste will be collected from residential property, properties where cottages and other used for recreational and leisure purposes, uninhabited properties indicated in Annex 3.1 to SWZ and PSZOK.

The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer the waste to the recovery or disposal plant, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste.

The Contractor shall provide 120 litre bags for selective collection of waste, made of semi-transparent film, high tearing strength: green with the marking 'GLASS', blue with 'PAPIER', yellow colour with 'METALE and PLASTICS”. The Contractor shall, for the duration of implementation of the contract, equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to SWZ with waste collection containers meeting the requirements set out in that Annex. The technical condition of the containers must allow the collection and collection and management of waste in accordance with the Regulations, the contract and the common law in force on the territory of the Ordering Party.
