The Norwegian National Rail Administration, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall construct depositing tracks for trains in Drammen. In connection with this, noise reduction measures shall be carried out for surrounding properties. This assignment includes engineering design for these measures and involves i.a. noise assessments, description of measures, building application management, as well as preparation of tender documents for execution contract including follow up of engineering design during the construction period.
