The Ministry of Climate and Environment has given the Norwegian Environmental Agency the task of carrying out a continual evaluation of the effect of the new rules for snowmobile tracks for pleasure driving. The evaluation shall include an account of the number of municipalities with tracks, the extent of the snowmobile tracks, the development of snowmobile use, as well as information on the effects for outdoor life and natural diversity. The evaluation will last from 2016 until the end of 2020.

Tenderers shall submit annual reports, cf. point 1 in the assignment. The reports shall be submitted by 1 December.

Reports in accordance with the relevant points in annex 1 of the contract shall be submitted in 2017 and 2020 respectively, with the report for 2020 being seen as the final report. The final report for 2020 shall be submitted by 15 November.
