The order includes:

1. Establishment and care of greenery at ul. National Education Commission in Wyszków. The scope of works includes: soil preparation, planting deciduous trees, planting deciduous and coniferous shrubs, planting hedge shrubs, setting up lawns, planting ground cover plants, mulching, setting lawn edging, annual post-plant care of plantings.

Comments:

1) The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, STWiOR and the bill of quantities.

2) The payment for the performance of the subject of the contract will be as follows:

a) 80% of remuneration after signing the acceptance report No. I of the subject of the contract in 2019, i.e. after all works except annual plant care;

b) the remaining 20% of remuneration after carrying out annual plant care by the Contractor and confirming their correct growth by author's supervision and signing of acceptance report No. II (final). The annual care period is counted from the day of signing the acceptance protocol No. I for the next 12 months.

c) The Contractor will provide the Employer with a four-year lifetime warranty on planted plant material (counted from the second final acceptance of works).

3) At the request of the Employer, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with a cost estimate prepared using a detailed calculation method in accordance with the unit prices and price factors given in the offer.

4) At the request of the Employer, the Contractor shall submit a monthly material and financial schedule for the task implementation.
