The Contracting Authority informs that it has submitted an application for co-financing of the project from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, project number RPWM.13.02.00-IZ.00-28-001/22.
Pursuant to Article 310(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
