The building plot measures around 17,000m² and is located in the immediate
Neighbourhood to the disposal center “Old Ski Jump” in 33106 Paderborn.
A.V.E's own company in the district of Paderborn builds the
New construction of the central district building yard.
This is a building complex consisting of several buildings
different uses. The buildings have an approximate
GFA of approx. 4,000 m² plus necessary ancillary areas and outdoor facilities.
All of them were built before construction began. Removes construction loads and paved up construction roads.
There are various newly installed pipelines on the building plot.
Building description:
The district building yard is divided into six components:
- Social area/administration (VW)
- workshop (WE)
- Vehicle hall (FH)
- salt hall (SA)
- Heating centre/carport (CA)
- outdoor area (AL)
