Chassis tenderers must submit a complete tender and will, thereby, be the contract party. Body suppliers must offer their components through the chassis tenderer.

The vehicle will be used for emptying buried waste containers, and it must be equipped with a crane that is mounted behind the driver's cabin, a refuse collection aggregate with washing installations for containers, and a high pressure flushing installation.
