Task I: The object of the contract in Task I is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property where the inhabitants live in the area of Kruszwica, comprising the town of Kruszwica and 30 sołectw

Task II: The object of the order in Task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected selectively at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste located within the Water Company Sp. z o.o., Szarlej 18, and the equipment of the point and other places specified by the Ordering Party in the appropriate quantity and types of containers for the collection of municipal waste

Task III: The object of the order in Task III is the collection and development of municipal waste from uninhabited property belonging to Kruszwica Municipality. The location and types of containers and properties are set out in Annex 4 to the model contract.

I. Task I:

1. The object of the contract in Task I is a service consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside in Kruszwica Municipality, which includes the town of Kruszwica and 30 sołectw and the collection and management of waste municipal property owners on which there are cottages covering the town of Kruszwica and localities: Grodztwo, Mietlica, Ostrówek, Popowo, Złotowo.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the collection and development of non-segregated (mixed), municipal waste code 20 03 01, accumulated in containers at residential buildings and properties where the cottages are located, and the collection and development municipal waste specified in SWZ, collected selectively.

3. The estimated amount of municipal waste received during the period of execution of the contract in the area of the city and the municipality of Kruszwica will be:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste approximately 7,644 Mg collected selectively:

- paper approx. 240 Mg

- glass approx. 800 Mg

- metals and plastics approx. 900 Mg

- biowaste approx. 2,460 Mg.

The final amount of waste will be known as a result of the task. The amount of municipal waste can be dependent on the season.

4. Details of the scope and method of execution of the order are described in the “Detailed description of the object of the contract for Task I, II and III” set out in Annex 6 to SWZ.

II. Task II:

1. The object of the contract in Task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected selectively at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste located within the Water Company Sp. z o.o., Szarlej 18, and the equipment of the point and other places specified by Ordering person in the appropriate quantity and types of containers for collecting municipal waste: paper, metals and plastics, glass, biowaste, expired medicines, chemicals, needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, waste electrical equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste, consumed tyres, construction and demolition waste, waste papa, textiles and clothing, ashes.

2. The Contractor shall be required to equip the PSZOK with the appropriate quantity and types of containers for the collection of municipal waste. The quantity and types of containers shall be defined by the 'List of containers in PSZO' as set out in Annex 2 to the template of the contract'.

III. Task III:

The object of the order in Task III is the collection and development of municipal waste from uninhabited properties belonging to Kruszwica Municipality. The location and types of containers and properties are set out in Annex 4 to the model contract.

2. The Contractor undertakes to receive municipal waste on the telephone application of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be obliged to remove the impurities from the area around the containers after they are emptied each time and to dispose of the emptied containers to their permanent location.

3. The estimated quantity and types of containers intended for export during the period of the contract is approximately:

- KP-10 container — biowaste — 40 pcs

- KP-7 container — unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — 560 pcs.

- Container 1100 liters — unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — 120 pcs

- Container 1100 liters - paper - 70 pcs

- Container 1100 liters - metals and plastics- 140 pcs

- Container 1100 liters - glass - 70 pcs (...)
