Construction of the sanitary sewage network in ul. Koncertowa, Batuty, Planty Książenickie, Wiolinowa and Marylskiego in the villages of Książenice PGR, commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravitational sanitary sewage system fi 200 mm with a total length of 2 435.8 m with sanitary sewage connections in a road strip in the amount of: 134 pieces with a total length of 699.2 m in ul. Koncertowa, Batuty, Planty Książenickie, Wiolinowa, Marylskiego in the village of Książenice PGR commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
