The supply of drinks for the benefit of municipal institutions for the 2023 service year with the possibility of 3 tacit renewals.

The contract is awarded for a period of 1 year starting on 1 January 2023

By submitting his offer, the tenderer expressly undertakes to comply with the following clause: duration of the contract can be tacitly extended by the client a maximum of 3 times for a period of 1 year. The assignment therefore involves a maximum period of 4 years.

Both the appointed supplier and the board can terminate the aforementioned clause by registered mail, no later than six months before the expiry of each period.

In any case, this assignment will have a definitive end no later than 31 December 2026 without prior notice by one of the parties.
