The works deal with renovation of 222 apartments, spread over 21 floors.

The building is located in Kongens Gade 2-6, Emil Møllers gade 1-13, Consul Jensen's street 7-11 and Marius Holst Gade 1-13 in 8700 Horsens.

In connection with the renovation, 25 existing homes will be demolished and the roof space will be included for housing, so that there will be 32 apartments in the roof space.

In 10 of the 21 entrances, an elevator is being established and the apartments are being redeveloped to improve accessibility.

The renovation also includes new balconies, bathrooms, kitchens, installations, sewerage and renovation of basement exterior walls.
