• Inventory, install, harden, configure, optimize, document and maintain the APA video conferencing platform

• Acquisition of licenses

• Training of the videoconferencing platform

• Customer service, commercial attention, training, technical support, billing, inventory, documentation, quality control, administrative management and any type of management necessary for the successful fulfillment of the contract
