The Assignment to be commissioned includes: providing hardware and Service & Support. The Assignment is divided into the following two plots:

Lot 1: Hardware

Lot 2: Service and Support

In the Parcel 1 assignment, VRG aims to contract a professional partner who brings the right knowledge and expertise from the market for the hardware to be delivered - Multifunctionals. We ask this partner to provide Multifunctionals for the different locations of Groningen Safety Region. This includes 39 locations, with a total of approximately 60 Multifunctionals. Given the use of the current Multifunctionals in the different locations, VRG expects advice on deploying different models at different locations. For example, there is significantly less use of the Multifunctionals in an unmanned post than at VRG's headquarters where office staff also work on a daily basis.

In the Lot 2 assignment, VRG aims to contract a professional partner who brings the right knowledge and expertise from the market to maximise the burden of VRG in terms of service and maintenance of the hardware to be supplied in Parcel 1 - Multifunctionals. Of great importance is that this partner becomes VRG's Single Point of contact, also towards the hardware vendor. For a crisis organisation such as VRG, it is of the utmost importance to have a partner who, in the event of disruptions or other problems related to the Multifunctionals, will be looking for the solution immediately.
