This communication program is structured around two axes: - the prevention of infectious risk, focused on the fight against antibiotic resistance, increasing adherence to vaccination, knowledge of vector-borne diseases and barrier measures to protect against them; - prevention of environmental risks, climatic risks such as extreme heat and extreme cold, and more broadly limiting the health impact resulting from exposure to various factors Environmental. The services to be carried out within the framework of the contract are: - Support in the definition of the communication strategy for the social marketing program on the theme of prevention, preparation and response to health risks.- The design, implementation and operational implementation of social marketing and communication devices (media actions, excluding media and digital) on the prevention of health risks.- The follow-up of all the actions carried out: the realization and the provision of an annual balance sheet of the actions / supports carried out as well as a financial balance sheet
