1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for 2023 to the Warsaw Purchasing Group, consisting of organizational units of the Capital City of Warsaw and other entities that have concluded an Agreement with the City and the purchase of electricity generated in the Ordering Party's power plant and introduced into the DSO power grid. The execution of the order will take place on the basis of a framework agreement and executive agreements, signed separately, by each of the Ordering Parties, listed in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. Contractors will award the contractor executive contracts to the Agreement pursuant to Article 311 of the Pzp Act, with the appropriate application of Chapter 3 of Chapter 3 of Chapter 1 and 2 of the Pzp Act.
