The network companies Tensio AS ('Tensio') and Linea AS ('Linea'), hereafter called the 'contracting authority', would like to get tenders for the procurement, development/implementation, and administration of a website and customer portal.
The contracting authority would like to design and establish new websites for each actor in collaboration (for Tensio by using tennis.no and for Linea by using Lena.no), as well as a new customer portal for information and self-service for all of the contracting authority's customers.
The contracting authority would like to increase customers' access to information, reduce the use of resources used in case management, and establish technological systems that support 'the customer in the driving seat' and that can be quickly and efficiently further developed to support customer needs.
Tensio.no/Linea.no and the customer portal must appear as uniform in design and structure, with content and services that are easy to find and that are adapted to the different customer groups. We would like to optimise the websites and customer portal as regards, amongst other things, user friendliness, universa design, and achieve a high degree of self-service.
We would like to have a cloud-based service that meets the requirements set for information security and personal protection in accordance with GDPR.
We would like to have a supplier/partner that assists with the following:
- Project planning and implementation
- Design, development, and implementation of new websites and a customer portal (including new page structure/information architecture, new interaction design, page templates, functionality, integrations, etc.)
- Customer involvement and user testing
- Design guides and documentation
- Training
- Collaboration in further development, operation, and administration
