The aim is to ensure that the Contracting Authority's need for office supplies, cleaning supplies and consumables is met in a cost effective, environmentally and socially responsible way.

The Contracting Authority requests a supplier that is leading in the area environment and ethics and that this is reflected in i.a control at manufacturer level, product range and logistics. It is a condition that the suppliers have control that the products sold to the Contracting Authority is manufactured in accordance with the ILO convention and prevailing environmental standards. Possibilities for improvements in this area during the agreement period is achievable and the Contracting Authority requests a supplier that bind oneself to make environmental profits and control in the production chain visible.
