This consultation is launched with a view to concluding a framework agreement to support the Department of the Work Environment and Information Systems (DETSI) and the professions it serves, in the development and implementation of the service offerings of the ADEME Data Factory (FDLD) and "Internal Management Reporting".

Provision by an external service provider of services useful for the maintenance, evolution and development of ADEME infocentres by an autonomous team, under the control of the DETSI.
