The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of PreRDF components for the production of alternative fuel, i.e. waste with the code 19 12 12, generated at the Ordering Party's plant. The offered management method must be carried out in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of waste management methods, in particular with those described in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012. on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), recovery processes.
For the production of components for the production of alternative fuel RDF, ballast after separation of 80-300 mm fraction and fraction >300 mm from non-segregated municipal waste, waste after segregation of raw material waste, as well as shredded waste from the dismantling of bulky waste is used. The composition of waste being a feedstock of components for the production of alternative fuel is mainly plastic waste – m.in. LDPE, PE, PP, PET, PS and waste of paper, cardboard, rubber and textiles. Waste with the code 19 12 12 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for bulk collection. Waste used to prepare components for the production of alternative fuel is practically free of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and glass, by subjecting them to the process of magnetic, eddy current and manual separation.
Loading of waste will be on the side of the Ordering Party. Waste collection will take place from the premises of the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Puławy at 96 Dęblińska Street on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., in the amount specified in the sales order sent by the representative of the Contracting Authority by e-mail to the representative of the Contractor. Collection will take place within 2 business days from the date of sending the sales order. Weighing of waste by the Ordering Party will take place on a legalized truck scale, located in the Ordering Party's Plant at 96 Dęblińska Street in Puławy. The Ordering Party (Waste Transferor) will prepare waste registration documents via an individual account in the Database on products and packaging and on waste management (BDO), on the terms set out in the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). The circulation of the above-mentioned documents will take place in the manner specified in these provisions.
The amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will not exceed 6,000.0 Mg. The amount indicated above is the maximum quantity, and the order will be executed successively during the term of the contract in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the Ordering Party guarantees the transfer of waste with the code 19 12 12 to the Contractor in a minimum amount of 1,000.0 Mg during the term of the contract.
