The task includes expanding the capacity for nitrogen removal through the establishment of IFAS in connection with the expansion of existing HCR South.

Hillerød Spildevand A/S will carry out a major expansion of HCR South in the coming years. In connection with the planned reception of wastewater from industry and the New Hospital North Zealand, Hillerød Utility has applied for a new discharge permit. HCR Syd may not increase the current discharge of organic matter and nutrient salts to the recipients, which means that requirements for Total N and Total P in the application for a discharge permit are tightened compared to current requirements. With this tender, Hillerød Spildevand A/S wishes to tender a system delivery IFAS in connection with the expansion of existing HCR Syd.
