A maintenance services contract has been awarded for the provision of premises maintenance services across Transport for London (Planned preventative, reactive and enhanced maintenance including additional works) - Building and facilities management.

Competitive procurement exercise undertaken for the award of a 5-year single maintenance services contract for the provision of premises maintenance services (these include; fabric maintenance, doors and locks, vegetation of structures and safety markings). There is an option to extend this contract for a period of up to 2 years.
