— Lot 1 — 20D0627: Contract Planning Engineering Structures acc. to Part 3 Section 3 HOAI,
— Lot 2 — 21D0189: Technical Planning Technical Equipment Plant Groups 4+5 in accordance with Part 4 Section 2,
— Lot 3 — 21D0190: Technical Design Technical Equipment Plant Groups 1, 2, 3, 7 & 8 in accordance with Part 4 Section 2.
Service phases (LPH) 2-8 in each case in accordance with § 43 HOAI and § 55 HOAI (on the basis of own contributions partly. omission of basic services or partial services of basic services).
20D0627: Object Planning Engineering Structures acc. Part 3 Section 3 HOAIThe drinking water network of TU Kaiserslautern (TUK) was built and commissioned in the early 1970s. The water supply of the campus is supplied via the feed-in, through the municipal utility company Kaiserslautern, into a property's water supply network.
The approximately 6 km long pipe network consists of approximately 44% lines that are in the supply channel and about 56% of pipes that are in the ground. Parts of the existing drinking and fire water supply network are deprecated due to age. Whether parts of the system can be used further can be clarified by taking stock.
In order to comply with the regulations of the now applicable drinking water regulation in the future, a new drinking and extinguishing water system is to be built in separate networks within this measure.
The construction costs are distributed among the performance patterns and lots as follows:
— Lot 1: Ingenieurbauwerke KG 200: approx. 200 000 EUR,
— Lot 2: Technical equipment KG 440, 450: EUR 1 000 000, KG 500: approx. EUR 8 500,
— Lot 3: Technical equipment, KG 410-430, 460-480: approx. 1,300,000 EUR.
Services to be provided for all lots:
— new drinking water network, buried,
— new construction of a central drinking water transfer station,
— dismantling the old net,
— new fire water network, buried,
— new construction of a fire water centre with water supply,
— pressure booster systems for wall hydrant systems,
— new construction of the building transfer stations.
Planning phase: fourth quarter 2021 - fourth quarter 2023.
Execution phase: Fourth quarter 2023-1st quarter 2027.
