The Norwegian procurement centre intends to enter into an agreement which shall provide cost-effective systems for telephony and data traffic. The agreement shall provide the activities good and future-oriented communication services that comply with the user requirements in the governmental sector. The agreement shall i.a. ensure good mobile coverage and access to mobile broadband in such a way that the governmental employees can conduct their services in a good way.

This contract includes the parts of the communications needs where telecommunications services can be the most appropriate and cost effective solution for the client, either alone or in combination with other solutions. The contract includes subscriptions and mobile telephony traffic, and associated services in the telephony area. This concerns:

— access to the mobile internet,

— basic services for speech and data traffic,

— support systems, system integrations and interactive systems for the basic services,

— administrative and commercial systems,

— telephony competence,

— switchboard.
