Framework contract for the management of a school canteen (BgA) (mixed kitchen concept) including delivery of further demand points with ready-to-eat lunch meals starting on 04.07.2022.

The municipality of Willstätt has decided to implement a municipal overall solution to supply all care facilities in Willstätt and is building a new canteen with a production kitchen at the Moscherosch community school in Willstätt (commercial operation). This canteen will be used jointly by the community school and the Willstätt primary school. In addition to lunch, there is also a kiosk sale here in the canteen.

The municipality of Willstätt announces the management of the canteen in the Moscherosch School in foreign energy. From 04.07.2022 (planned), the future canteen manager will have to take over all tasks in the canteen with his staff that are required to meet the requirements of the specifications and other tender documents.

The kitchen in this canteen has been planned so that the capacity is sufficient to supply more schools and day care facilities with ready-to-eat food.

Within the framework of this call for proposals, two primary schools and 7 daycare facilities are to be supplied by the contractor with lunch.

The contractor must prepare lunches for all other demand points in the canteen and deliver them ready to eat (cook & hold system) to these demand points. The distribution of food and the management of the kitchens in the demand points continues to be self-directed, with community staff.
