Description:
The La Poste Group's Digital Support department is seeking training services to support the ambassadors of the La Poste Group in their role of facilitating the adoption of .com collaborative services. The services include skills development for ambassadors in digital uses, as well as training on SharePoint and the Power Platform for users who want to enhance their skills on Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint tools. The estimated total value of the services is €320,000 for the ambassador training and €720,000 for the SharePoint and Power Platform training.

The Digital Support (ADN) department at the BGPN of the La Poste Group wishes to be supported in training the ambassadors of the La Poste Group in a context of digital transformation.

An ambassador is a committed employee whose role is to support new working practices by facilitating the discovery and appropriation of .com1 collaborative services on a voluntary basis.

".com1" (pronounced "commonal") is Swiss Post's digital working environment.

It is available for:

• Simplify activities in the office or on the go

• Facilitate cooperation with colleagues

• To provide proximity between postal workers, regardless of their branch, work entity or region.

The role of an ambassador:

• Convey the meaning of the .com program1

• Promote .com tools and services1

• Ensure a good understanding of digital uses

• Participate in the dissemination of the digital culture of .com1

• Be a reference for digital best practices

• Be an agent of change and make yourself known.

The support approach is based on 450 "ambassadors" (hired in 2023).

The services to be carried out are divided into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Skills development scheme for .com ambassadors1:

The consultation concerns the implementation of two distinct pathways (from time to time, a face-to-face format may be requested on La Poste's premises):

• A training system for ambassadors with:

- Skills development in digital uses

- Keys and methods to support their colleagues in digital uses

- keys to developing their capacity for conviction and their pedagogical skills.

• A system for the development of the skills of "advanced" ambassadors with:

- Skills development in hybrid management postures

- Methods that allow them to transform managerial practices and provide them with keys to the problems they encounter on a daily basis.

• Option: a coaching system for the ambassador.

Lot 2: Training device on SharePoint and the Power Platform (Office 365):

The consultation covers 4 distinct remote courses (occasionally, a face-to-face format may be requested on La Poste's premises):

SharePoint :

• An advanced and beginner SharePoint training system (with coaching option)

Power Platform :

• An advanced and beginner Power-BI training system (with coaching option)

• An advanced and beginner Power-Apps training system (with coaching option)

• An advanced and beginner Power-PLC training device (with coaching option)

Optional open lines Q&A with an expert.

These training courses are intended for Power Platform and SharePoint users who wish to increase their skills on Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint tools.

Lot 1: Skills development scheme for .com ambassadors1

1st course: Ambassadors' skills development system:

In short, remote formats (occasionally, a face-to-face format may be requested on La Poste's premises), likely to engage ambassadors, the proposed system must meet the following objectives:

Providing context:

• Know the role of an ambassador

• Know the service offer of the ADN department

• Be familiar with the .com1 change management system in which the ambassador's mission is part.

Understand the benefits of digital uses:

Ambassadors must be able to:

• Introduce a novice to the Office 365 suite

• Explain the benefits of cooperating with .com1 through everyday use cases.

2nd track: Skills development scheme for "advanced" Ambassadors

The skills development scheme is specifically aimed at "advanced" Ambassadors who wish to support their teams and managers in new managerial practices.

On short, remote formats (occasionally a face-to-face format may be requested on La Poste's premises), the "advanced" Ambassadors' skills development system is intended to provide "advanced" Ambassadors:

- methods that enable them to transform managerial practices and provide them with keys to the problems they encounter on a daily basis,

- Keys to understanding hybrid management postures.

The estimated amount of the services is €320,000 excluding taxes, including renewal periods, and may not exceed a maximum amount of €400,000 excluding taxes.

LOT 2: Training device on SharePoint and the Power Platform (Office 365)

On one-day or half-day formats, remotely (occasionally a face-to-face format may be requested on La Poste's premises), the skills development system is specifically aimed at users who wish to improve their skills on tools, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.

The training system must meet the following objectives:

Communicate the context and prerequisites:

- The .com1 environment is limited to the internal environment and the data must be stored in the .com1 environment

- Send the prerequisites to follow the training in advance of the training.

Support users in getting started with the tools, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint (training, self-assessment questionnaire, end-of-course materials, content adjustments, recording of training sessions, implementation of sandboxes, validation of prior learning questionnaire, satisfaction questionnaire, proposal of areas for improvement).

Open Line, Q&A with an expert in tools, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint (optional)

Offer a "time of exchange" with an expert of the Power Platform and SharePoint, in a small group for those who have questions or difficulties about their project and provide answers, tips and best practices.

Coaching (optional)

To allow project leaders (SharePoint and Power Platform) to benefit from a dedicated time of personalized individual coaching that meets their needs and problems.

The estimated amount of the services is €720,000 excluding VAT, including renewal periods, and may not exceed a maximum amount of €880,000 excluding VAT.
