Project support and consulting services for the digitization project "digital @ bw BIG" of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

The subject of the work is consulting and support services in the IT / digitization area with a focus on construction, building, facility and real estate management for the digitization project "digital @ bw BIG" and the four subprojects:

- digitization of spatial and surface data,

- digitization of TGA data,

- Digital networking of processes and procedures, further development CAFM,

- Digitization Project Development Process (PEP).

The contractor assumes a supporting function advising the client. If required by the client, the contractor will also perform operational tasks that serve to achieve the objectives of each subproject. The contractor must ensure the implementation, control and target achievement of both the individual subprojects and the overall project.

In addition, a continuous advisory support of the client in decisions and strategic questions in the context of digitization in real estate / facility management or building operation in scope of services is to be carried out.

It is the conclusion of a framework agreement.
