In connection with construction stage 1 of the New Government Quarter project, the Directorate of Construction and Property wants to implement a qualification of participants who may be interested in submitting tenders for interaction contract K205 Urban spaces, securing and infrastructure.

Contract K205 concerns the first construction stage of urban spaces and streets and includes all perimeter areas (securing installations) around the New Government Quarter (RKV). The total space for the perimeter areas is approx. 12 700 m2 and for the squares and Akersgata approx. 17 000 m2. The total area of urban spaces and streets is approx. 29 700 m2.

Outdoor areas around C block (part of construction stage 2) are included as an option. This concerns the area within the stipulated line around C block on the illustration plan in the document: ‘Description of the content in contract K205 Urban spaces, securing and infrastructure’.
