Provision of telecommunications services along with the delivery of terminals and SIM cards. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. Provision of telecommunications services by the Contractor to the Contracting entity for a period of 23 months and seven days or until the funds provided for the implementation of the Agreement are exhausted, not earlier than from 24.12.2023. The telecommunications services provided are to ensure, among others: voice communication (outgoing and incoming domestic, international and roaming calls), text communication (SMS), access to Internet resources.

The services will be provided through the use of mobile terminals owned by the Ordering Party or provided by the Contractor and new SIM cards provided by the Contractor (without additional costs on the part of the Ordering Party in the event of a change of the current operator) or SIM cards held by the Ordering Party (in the case of selecting the current Contractor).

2. Providing access to the mobile phone network in the area of not less than 95% of the country, including all buildings occupied by the Contracting Authority in the country (without providing communication in every place), at a level enabling free voice calls (outgoing and incoming domestic and international calls), taking into account the inability to provide communication in every place due to the occurrence of obstacles beyond the control of the Contractor.

3. Delivery of brand new mobile terminals (smartphones) with accessories.

4. SIM card delivery.

5. Grouping all mobile numbers into one corporate network.

6. Providing service and warranty service for the delivered equipment.

7. Providing technical support and supervision over the contract.
