The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 17,100,000.00, under the conditions specified in the SWZ. The contracting authority will allocate funds from the loan to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 13,930,285.33 and to cover the liabilities planned in the budget expenditures of PLN 3,169,714.67. The loan will be granted for the period from the date of conclusion of the agreement to the date of full repayment of principal and interest, i.e. until 30 June 2033. The Contractor will place the credit funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party on the day of signing the contract. The loan will be activated in tranches, the amount of which will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party, on the basis of instructions submitted by the Ordering Party to the Contractor by e-mail, in writing or by fax, without submitting a separate loan application subject to consideration. The deadline for using the loan is December 31, 2022.
