As part of the management of its strategic reserve pieces, SHEM wishes to upgrade its stocks

The strategic reserve parts concerned are in the mechanical field.

The service takes place under the responsibility of the project owner SHEM (MOA)

The expected profile is as follows:

• Mechanical engineer

• Knowledge of specific mechanical fields: dimensional control, machining,...

• Concept on electrical equipment (circuit breakers...)

• Autonomy in business management

The following missions will be carried out during the service:

- On the basis of exchanges with business experts and economic studies, draft the SHEM doctrine concerning the management of its strategic reserve parts: list of parts, method of identification, method of conservation, place of storage and replenishment, etc ...

- Establish the list of reserve parts currently available on the SHEM perimeter, in an Excel format related to the CMMS parameters

- Establish the inventory of asbestos and lead pollution of the parts available on the SHEM park

- Establish or have established dimensional and material controls to validate the conformity of available parts when necessary

- Research and/or update technical plans relating to spare parts

- Participate in the definition of the cleaning method of available parts (technical and economic balance)

- Participate in the choice of storage areas and their equipment (racking) / possible upgrade

- Based on the discrepancies between available parts and doctrine, establish a plan to upgrade stocks of strategic parts: list of appros, provisional budget, provisional upgrade schedule,

- With the help of business experts and project managers from regional departments, establish specifications for the supply of parts

- In collaboration with the purchasing department, launch consultations for the purchase of spare parts,

- Ensure the follow-up of the supply of parts and the reception of parts,

- In collaboration with the Factory Group, ensure the stocking in our CMMS tool of all spare parts and the quality of storage on site.
