Salten Procurement Co-operation (SIIS), hereafter called award authority, invites suppliers to an open tender contest, above EEA threshold, for a 2 year parallel framework agreement, with an option for 1 + 1 year(s) prolongation, for the purchase of school and nursery school furniture and inventory.

The SIIS municipalities want to enter into an agreement with three suppliers for the supply of school and nursery school furniture for their municipalities. A ranking of the top 3 suppliers that we will enter into agreements with will be made on the basis of the award criteria of this contest. Procurement below 50 000 NOK, excl. VAT, will go to the supplier who is ranked Number 1. If this supplier can not deliver, the contract will go on to the supplier who is ranked Number 2.

A mini contest between the 3 selected suppliers will be carried out for procurements above 50 000 NOK, excl. VAT.

The agreement includes all nursery, primary and secondary schools.
