Geretsried School Centre — (1) General refurbishment BA2/BA3 — Sanitary and heating systems BA 3A

Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

Sanitary work:

- Connections to existing buildings as well as renovations in existing buildings

- 100 m stainless steel pipelines DN 12 to DN 25,

- 60 m sewage pipes PE HD DN 50 - DN 125,

- fire barriers for the sanitary facilities,

- Including mineral fiber insulation work.

Heating work:

- Connections to existing buildings as well as renovations in existing buildings

- 80 m pipes DN 12 to DN 40,

— 2 high efficiency heating pumps,

— 20 fittings DN 15 to DN 40.

The district of Bad Tölz — Wolfratshausen is carrying out the general renovation of the school centre Geretsried. For this purpose, the services advertised here and to be provided in the course of procurement are required for the plumbing and heating systems in construction phase 3A (see II.1.4).
