The purpose of this procedure is the selection of a design team, hereinafter referred to as the contractor, who will be responsible for the "study assignment of the restoration and renovation of the House of Alijn", including the architecture, stability, technical equipment, environmental construction and EPB, and the coordination of all stu-dies, with a fixed and conditional service.

The fixed part of the assignment includes the actual study assignment from sketch design to .m layout final design; the conditional part of the assignment includes the preparation and submission of the environmental permit application, the preparation of an implementation design as well as the follow-up of the execution to.m the final delivery of all the works to which the study assignment relates.

The conclusion of the contract shall relate to the entire contract. The contracting authority is only bound by the fixed part. The contracting authority is free to decide whether or not to order the conditional part. The performance of one or more conditional parts of the contract, as mentioned above, depends on a separate decision by the contracting authority. The order of a conditional part of the assignment takes place by the service of that decision by registered mail to the contractor.
