The municipal administration of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, with the main address avenue Paul Hymans 2, 1200 Brussels, consists of several sites connected by fiber or copper cable, or by wireless connection. The smallest sites are connected via a VPN tunnel (hardware) via the internet. Some sites are not linked but have an internet connection available.

The buildings are all equipped with structured wiring.

An increasing number of employees are working from home several days a week.

Currently, a cloud-based VOIP exchange provides telephony and fax interface for users located in the various sites as well as teleworkers.

There are about 500 telephone sets connected to the exchange as well as about 595 cloudphone interfaces for teleworkers.

The administration also manages 12 schools, 11 of which are already integrated, and eventually all are to be integrated into telephony.

The Prevention service is billed separately, but is part of the overall solution (integrated like any other service).
