Open procedure, pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 letter sss) and art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the stipulation of a Framework Agreement with a single operator, pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, lasting thirty-six months from the date of stipulation of the first application contract, for the assignment of the service of surveys and measurements on health and safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments and other regulations in force) aimed at assessing the exposure of Atac personnel to specific risk factors, to be experienced with the e-Procurement system. CIG 9423356F5C The duration of the Framework Agreement is set at 36 months, starting from the date of stipulation of the first application contract, which will be signed at the same time as the Framework Agreement. The first application contract will have a duration of one year from the date of signature.

The total estimated amount of the framework agreement amounts to € 380,000.00 plus statutory VAT, of which:

a) Tender amount € 282,570.84 including € 570.84 as security costs, not subject to reduction;b) € 50,429.16 as sums available to the contracting authority to meet new unforeseen needs that may arise during the duration of the framework agreement and which must always be expressly authorized by ATAC S.p.A; c) € 47,000.00 as an amount for any extension of 6 months. There are no labor costs pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, since it is an intellectual service, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 10 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.The presumed amount of the first application contract is € 96,130.00, plus security charges. The Framework Agreement (and consequently the individual applications) may have a shorter duration in the event of the forfeiture, revocation or modification of the in-house assignment to ATAC, as provided for by Municipal Resolution no. 273 of 6/08/2015, without the recognition of any amount, including compensation, in favor of contracted operators.
