The Contracting Authority wants to procure a route planning system that must include a route database. The route planning system must generate and manage all route plan (schedule) data for all of the Contracting Authority's means of transport The system must have flexibility in order to manage the route plan data, not only for scheduled traditional bus services, but also for booked bus routes as needed/ordered.

The estimated value of the contract is 7 000 000 NOK, including a service agreement for 10 years. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

The contract period for the system delivery with a service and maintenance contract thereof is 4 years. Option for 2 years extension for 3 periods. The maximum contract period is 10 years.
