Single Operator Framework for selected works at its new campus located at Coonagh Cross Shopping Centre. The Framework works may include, but are not limited to:

— General Building Works,

— Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to and of Existing Structures,

— Construction of New Buildings,

— Repair and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings,

— Mechanical and Electrical works through reserved specialist subcontractors,

— Minor Civil Engineering Works,

— Miscellaneous Maintenance Projects.

The works includes fit-out of the unoccupied part of Coonagh Cross Shopping Centre for education use by Limerick Institute of Technology. The works will include Fit-Out of vacant Shopping Centre for use as Educational facility incorporating Lecture theatres, Tradesman Workshops/ Garages training facilities, Catering Facilities and associated amenities. These facilities will be fitted out on a Ground floor and First floor prepared in advance through an earlier enabling works package.
