Planning services for the technical building according to HOAI 2013 § 55 i. V. m. Annex 15, service phases 2 to 9 for the renovation of the existing two-field hall (type MT 90), which does not conform to the standard in terms of its dimensions, which is additionally surrounded by a single-field hall including ancillary rooms in accordance with DIN 18032 and the room program recommendation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport is to be expanded and coupled by means of connectors. Demolition and dismantling work must be planned in the course of the renovation. In addition to school sports, it is planned that the hall will be used by various clubs.

Planning services for the technical building according to HOAI 2013 § 55 i. V. m. Annex 15, work phases 2 to 9 for the turnkey renovation and expansion of the existing gymnasium for school and club use for the Rosa-Luxemburg-Grundschule (19), a 4-class elementary school with grades 1-6 in Burgstr. 23A in 14467 Potsdam (district: Potsdam, corridor: 25, parcel: 1013).

The property is developed via a driveway from Burgstrasse, which is adjacent to the “Am Kanal” street.

The realization takes place in one construction phase with ongoing school operation: Coordination of renovation and new construction in order to limit an interruption / failure of the usability to times of the year when school sports are usually practiced outdoors due to temperature.

Existing building / renovation:

Two-field hall (type MT 90), built around 1980, 1.5-storey mainly made of HP (hyperparaboloid) concrete shells with half-storey, three-sided glazing made of Copelit glass profiles, does not conform to standards in its size.

Demolition and dismantling work must be planned in the course of the renovation / energy-related, building technology, fire protection-related renovation of the remaining stock.

Existing sports and open spaces should remain as possible.

Existing energetic standard: What is required is a higher energetic standard compared to the current GEG, comparable to the KfW Efficiency House 70 or the minimum technical requirements of KfW for individual measures in the renovation of existing buildings (see leaflet "Energy-efficient construction and renovation - non-residential buildings" in its current version ).

new building:

Standard-compliant single-span hall including side rooms in accordance with DIN 18032 and the room program recommendation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. Connect to the existing hall using a connector.

Energetic standard new building: Increased insulation standard in accordance with KIS specifications, based on KfW Efficiency House 55 (or better).
