The subject of the contract is the delivery of sets of mobile phones to the headquarters of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management to the address Konstruktorska 3a, 02-673 Warsaw or to another location in Warsaw (indicated by the Ordering Party).
(1) Under the basic contract, broken down into groups:
a) Phones - Group A - 700 sets of mobile phones.
b) Phones - Group B – 80 sets of mobile phones.
(2) Under the right of option by group:
a) Phones - Group A - 80 sets of mobile phones.
b) Phones - Group B – 20 sets of mobile phones.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the required parameters of the devices, is included in Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of sets of mobile phones to the headquarters of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management at the address Konstruktorska 3a, 02-673 Warsaw or to another location in Warsaw (indicated by the Ordering Party).
The order includes:
(1) Under the basic contract, broken down into groups:
a) Phones - Group A - 700 sets of mobile phones (the set consists of a brand new mobile phone packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, case, tempered glass, charger dedicated to a given model, along with headphones - if the Contractor offered in the Offer).
b) Telephones - Group B - 80 sets of mobile phones (the set consists of a brand new mobile phone packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, case, tempered glass, charger dedicated to a given model, along with headphones - if the Contractor offered in the Offer).
(2) Under the right of option by group:
a) Phones - Group A - 80 sets of mobile phones (the set consists of a brand new mobile phone packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, case, tempered glass, charger dedicated to a given model, along with headphones - if the Contractor offered in the Offer).
b) Phones - Group B - 20 sets of mobile phones (the set consists of a brand new mobile phone packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, case, tempered glass, charger dedicated to a given model, along with headphones - if the Contractor offered in the Offer).
2. As part of the basic contract, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with sets of mobile phones that meet the requirements set out in Chapter II point 1 (for Group A) and III - V OPZ within no later than 40 working days (subject to the Contractor's Offer) from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the required parameters of the devices, is included in Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the delivery of the subject of the contract be made during the term of the contract, i.e. within 12 months from the date of its conclusion, however, it is required that the delivery:
- the subject of the contract under the basic order has been completed within no more than 40 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
- the subject of the contract under the right of option was executed within the same period as offered by the Contractor for the delivery of the basic contract.
