1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a special car with a mechanical ladder and equipment for TSO in Stare Babice. 2. The subject of the contract and the conditions for its execution are described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the contract, the provisions of the SWZ, the offer and the contract. 3. The Contractor undertakes to transfer to the Ordering Party the ownership of the car being the subject of the contract and hand it over to the Contracting Authority at the User's headquarters (TSO Stare Babice), subject to the provisions of the contract and its attachments, the submitted offer and the SWZ, including Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ specifying the description of the subject of the contract. 4. The vehicle must meet the requirements of road traffic regulations, including being marked, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law together with implementing acts issued on its basis and relevant fire regulations. 5. The car will be handed over after acceptance by the Ordering Party and the Contractor to the actual User, i.e. the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Stare Babice. 6. The Contractor shall perform the contract in accordance with this CMS, the contract and applicable law applicable to a given subject of the contract – in particular having the necessary entries in the registers and permits.
