Provision of a PPL central warehouse operation service by an external operator

The Contractor's task is to operate the service of the PPL warehouse fully outside the proprietary zone of the airport using its own areas and locations indicated by the Contracting Authority and in the restricted area on areas made available by the PPL. The implementation of the contract will be carried out by PPL providing parts of the necessary equipment, equipment and software for keeping records of material movements in Oracle's eBS system — Warehouse Economy module.

1. The Contractor shall be obliged to keep storage records in the Ordering Party's system.

2. The Contractor shall only be responsible for the collection of waste under authorisation and on behalf of the Contracting Authority.

3. Materials are recorded by warehouse organizations.

4. It is claimed that new warehouse organizations related to the business objectives of the company may arise during the ongoing activities of PPL and these are also governed by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the storage service.

5. This can be up to 5 storage organizations containing up to 1,000 indexes in each organization.
